The Art of Arriving Unannounced
Some deliveries are meant to be private. Here's how we ensure discretion at every doorstep.

The Problem With Obvious Packaging
We’ve all seen it: a delivery arrives in branded packaging that announces itself to the entire building. The doorman knows. The neighbours know. The surprise is ruined before it begins.
For us, that’s unacceptable.
Our Approach
Plain Outer Packaging
No logos. No branding visible from outside. Your delivery could be anything. Only you know what’s inside.
The Right Clothing
Our delivery partner doesn’t look like a delivery driver. No high-vis vest. No branded uniform. They arrive dressed formally, as a guest would.
Building Protocol
We work with building staff regularly. We know which buildings prefer handoff at the desk. Which ones allow us to go up. Which ones have strict protocols.
Tell us once, and we remember.
Timing Control
Some deliveries need to arrive when a partner is away. Some need to arrive when they’re definitely home. We offer delivery windows down to the hour.
No Calls Unless Asked
We won’t phone ahead unless you specifically request it. The default is discretion.
Why This Matters
A gift is more than the object itself. It’s the moment of discovery. The surprise. The unexpected gesture on an ordinary evening.
Every detail of our delivery is designed to protect that moment.
Plain packaging. Formal attire. Perfect timing. Some things should remain private.
