Luxury and responsibility are not opposites. Every decision we make — from sourcing to delivery — reflects our commitment to doing better.
Seasonal Sourcing
We prioritise UK and European growers, sourcing seasonally wherever possible. Our relationship with New Covent Garden Market means short supply chains and reduced food miles.
Packaging
Our keepsake boxes are designed to be reused, not discarded. Ribbon is genuine satin (not plastic), tissue is FSC-certified, and we use no single-use plastics in any product.
Zero-Emission Delivery
All deliveries across SW London are made on foot or by cargo bicycle. We do not use motorised vehicles for last-mile delivery within our zones.
Food Waste
Every edition is made to order, not produced in bulk. Any surplus fruit is donated to local community organisations the same morning.
Ethical Chocolate
Our Belgian chocolate suppliers are certified by independent sustainability programmes. We trace every batch to its origin.
Carbon Awareness
We track our carbon footprint across sourcing, production, and delivery. Our target is to maintain net-zero operations within our delivery zones by the end of 2026.
