Which allergens are present in all products?

All Daily Berry editions contain milk and soya because of the Belgian chocolate recipe used in production.

Can your products contain traces of nuts or gluten?

Yes. Our kitchen handles tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, and wheat/gluten, so trace cross-contamination cannot be fully ruled out.

Do you offer vegan or dairy-free boxes?

Not currently. Every edition uses milk-based chocolate.

How long are the strawberries safe to consume?

For best quality and food safety, refrigerate on arrival and consume within 24 hours.

Allergens Present in Our Products

All of our chocolate-dipped strawberry products contain the following allergens:

Milk

Our Belgian chocolate contains milk. This applies to all editions including The Black Reserve, Signature Collection, The Muse, and The Tasting Box.

Soya

Our chocolate contains soya lecithin as an emulsifier.

May Contain Traces

Our products are prepared in a kitchen environment where the following allergens are present:

Tree Nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts)
Peanuts
Eggs
Wheat/Gluten

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of these allergens.

Important Notes

Not Suitable For

Individuals with milk allergies or lactose intolerance
Individuals with soya allergies
Individuals with severe nut allergies (due to potential cross-contamination)

Vegan and Dairy-Free Options

We do not currently offer vegan or dairy-free options. All our products contain milk-based chocolate.

Fresh Fruit Considerations

Our strawberries are fresh produce and should be consumed within 24 hours of delivery for optimal quality and safety. Please refrigerate upon receipt.
