Editions, Not Inventory
We do not treat fruit as stock. We treat each release as an edition. Members receive first allocation, public release follows, and every box is traceable to a sourcing window.
Some editions are drawn from trusted market suppliers. The most exclusive runs are handpicked directly by Alina from farm visits and documented in our Editions journal.

New Covent Garden and Farm Selects
March marks the UK strawberry season opening and our launch runway. We source early, reject aggressively, and only release boxes that meet presentation and flavor standards.
Official launch begins on March 19, 2026, with a one-week showcase period before opening.
