What We Cover
- Damaged products: Crushed boxes, broken strawberries, or compromised packaging
- Quality issues: Products that don’t meet our standards upon arrival
- Incorrect orders: Wrong edition or quantity delivered
- Temperature concerns: Products that arrive warm or appear unsafe to consume
What We Don’t Cover
- Change of mind after delivery
- Dissatisfaction with subjective qualities (e.g., strawberry size within normal variation)
- Products not refrigerated promptly after delivery
- Products consumed before a complaint is raised

Time Limit
Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for quality issues. This ensures we can investigate promptly.

Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
Replacement
- A replacement box delivered at the next available window
- Priority scheduling for urgent occasions
Full Refund
- Credited to your original payment method
- Processed within 5 business days
Partial Credit
- For minor issues that don’t warrant full replacement
- Applied to your next order
Cancellations
Before Preparation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet begun preparing your order. Contact us immediately.
After Preparation
Once your order is being prepared, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by you, we cannot offer a refund. A redelivery fee of £5 will apply.

- No advance payment required for standard orders
- Concierge orders may require deposit
